Our Story. Your Opportunity to Process! Our 360 approach to counseling helps you strengthen your core by processing your life experiences whether it’s as simple as change or as painful as past or present traumas. Truth Healing Evolution (THE) is all about facilitating the healing process, achieved through clinical counseling and coaching with an emphasis on internal CORE work.
In 2013 Truth Healing & Evolution Counseling Services was born. I, Wendy Whitmore MS LMFT founder & CEO made the decision to become a full-time Womanpreneur after being diagnosed with a chronic condition that drastically changed my way of life. I wanted to create a safe space for clients to freely express themselves, that encourages them to “stretch & grow” and teaches the coping skills necessary for their journey of self-discovery and emotional healing. The main goal here at Truth Healing & Evolution is to equip clients with the essential skills that allows them to embrace life’s struggles, while maintaining a healthy balance of life and love.
